Very boring and repetive game anyway. The online servers for this game have been shut down. The company that designed and supported this game is out of business. No way to patch and there is no support for this game. Buy it at your own risk.
The game got me bored very soon after I bought it. Don't even want to continue to play it. one word:garbage.
The game itself was great (after they fixed the horrible, horrible, horrible release version) however the fact is that for now, the game is dead. the servers are offline and all support is gone. unless you want to play the lacking single player version, dont buy it.
i dont leave reviews but i dont want someone to walk into this one blind. i love the diblo games, i have had them sents they frist came out. I still like playing them all the time but i needed a change for a while, so i got this game thinking me and the wife would have hours and hours of fun, it says multiplayer so i got 2 copys of the game, installed them on the computer, oops no lan options, well cant hook up through the router, ok well it saids free play on the web well wouldnt you know it the web site in shut down, o well i got two copy of a game that i wanted to play with friends and the wife , but i cant play it , if your looking to play a game by yourself the game is ok, but be warned. YOU CANT PLAY MULTIPLAYER
That is, unless you're a citizen of South Korea. I played the game completely through, and in the end, decided online play was worth a shot. So, if you love Hellgate London any more than I do, move to South Korea and apply for a citizenship.Do not buy this game. Being an Engineer had many perks, many interesting flying drones to do half the work for me as I mercilessly slew thousands of demons, reminiscent of the good old Diablo 2 days.Something told me I would get more out of the game by logging in to the online server. But for some odd reason, the Hellgate London website would not run from any of my consoles.Hellgate London has no customer support or online play. Sellers won't dare mention to game has no online support, all for good reason. They want money.
